How does the refill system work?
When your bottle is getting low, order a refill and we will send it to you with a return label. Once empty, swap your pump onto the new bottle and send the old one back to us to be washed and reused.

We offer carbon-neutral shipping on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
